1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Renderella ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Renderella is a web-based AI image and video generation platform that lets users create media with curated models, guided workflows, and optional bring-your-own-key access across supported providers.

3. User Accounts

  • You may browse public parts of the Service without signing in, but account-required features such as generation, saving, sharing, and billing require a valid account session.
  • Creating an account requires a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

    • 4. Credits and Payments

  • The Service uses a credit-based system for image generation.
  • Free accounts receive a limited number of credits upon signup.
  • Additional credits are available via monthly or annual subscriptions.
  • Monthly plans add credits each billing cycle. Annual plans are billed yearly and credits are granted across the paid term rather than as a separate one-time pack purchase.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • 5. Image Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Your Prompts: You retain ownership of the text prompts you write.
  • Generated Images: Images generated using the Service are subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI model used. Generally, you may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable AI model terms.
  • BYOK Users: If you provide your own provider keys, usage is governed by your agreement with the relevant provider.
  • Gallery Submissions: By sharing images to the Community Gallery, you grant Renderella a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your shared images within the platform.

    • 6. Prohibited Use

    You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal content, including CSAM
  • Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery

    • 7. Content Moderation

    We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Some AI models include built-in safety filters that may block certain prompts.

    8. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

  • BYOK access requires a supported BYOK subscription.
  • Renderella is not responsible for charges incurred on your connected provider accounts.
  • Provider keys are verified server-side when needed, then stored only in your browser for future BYOK requests. By default they are session-only unless you explicitly choose device persistence. They are not stored in the Renderella server database for normal use.
  • Other non-secret app data such as preferences, snippets, library state, and pipeline drafts may sync to your account state on Renderella servers.

    • 9. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Renderella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
